Tempest reign comes to an end. We are adjusting tempest cooldown and damage boost to close the gap with other options, while still keeping it viable. Oh, also Bastion is now Terra and got some deserved improvements.
Tempest:
• Cooldown: was 4s => now 6s
• Damage Boost: was 5% per 1% bonus movement speed => now 3% per 1% bonus movement speedBastion:
• Damage type: was Neutral => now Terra
• Damage base: was 175% => now 200%
• Cooldown: was 30s => now 20s

Fixed some localization issues.
Fixed confusing instructions on a weekly challenge.
We are adjusting drop rates of gift so that they no longer drop additional Frostfall coins. It was great to see players celebrate the season together, but this allowed players to go near infinite on bounty tokens and patrol keys.
